Alex's journey in the world of mixology started at a young age, helping his parents prepare traditional British and Japanese beverages at home. As he grew older, his thirst for learning about new flavors and cultures led him to study Food Science, specializing in the art of mixology.

My British-Japanese heritage has a significant impact on my approach to mixology. I grew up in a multicultural household, where I was exposed to a wide range of flavors and ingredients from both cultures. This early exposure has driven me to explore and incorporate diverse elements in my cocktail creations, making them unique and globally appealing.

Over the years, Alex has worked in renowned bars and restaurants across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, gaining invaluable knowledge of global taste preferences and trends. He has been recognized with multiple awards for his innovative cocktail creations, always pushing the boundaries of mixology.

When creating "The Sakura Breeze," I wanted to capture the essence of both British and Japanese cultures. I started by experimenting with Japanese sakura-infused gin, which adds a delicate floral note to the cocktail. To incorporate the British influence, I chose elderflower liqueur for its sweet and fragrant profile. Finally, I added a touch of lemon zest to provide a refreshing balance. The creative process involved numerous iterations and taste tests to achieve the perfect harmony of flavors.
