For example, I developed a signature cocktail called "Amazonian Essence," which features a rainforest-inspired foam made from camu camu and coca leaves, creating a multisensory experience for the drinker.

Throughout my travels and experiences, I've had the opportunity to work with a wide range of ingredients from various regions. For example, while working in Japan, I discovered yuzu, a citrus fruit that brings a unique flavor profile to cocktails. I've also experimented with lesser-known ingredients like camu camu from the Amazon rainforest, which adds a tangy, tropical note to my creations.
